Our recent tour of New England led us to coastal Maine, where we HAD to get our hands on some tasty local lobster. But there was no way we were gonna just order from a menu when we could instead put our kids to work AND get a behind-the-scenes look at this strangely secretive industry. So we chartered a boat and a licensed lobster fisherman to take us out on the ocean in search of our next meal.

Just a few days after returning from one Inspirato Pass trip (to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico), we drove up to Aspen, Colorado for the next one, where Colt and Phil headed up to the valley for a day of ice fishing.

Our many travels with our Inspirato Pass wouldn't be as incredible if we didn't take time out to explore each destination. And one of our traditions has become one-on-one time between Phil and each of our 3 kids. On our most recent trip to Mexico's Riviera Maya (Playa Del Carmen, to be exact), he took another deep-sea fishing trip with Colt, another SCUBA tour with Reagan, and went jet skiing with Brooklyn.

Colt and Phil have started a vacationing tradition of chartering a boat and crew for an open-water fishing adventure at each destination. This month, our Inspirato Pass membership took us to the incredible hilltop villa of Monte Del Mar in CoCo Beach, Costa Rica. And as it turns out, the most exciting part of the excursion wasn't even the fish they caught, but the other sea life they encountered along the way.

We had an incredible family vacation to Los Cabos, Mexico. We found the perfect way for a family of five to enjoy a private, spacious home, incredible resort location and plenty of exciting adventure around San Jose Del Cabo / Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
