Tesla Road Trip Range Anxiety! We tried to drive straight through from Denver, CO to Coronado, CA

Tesla road anxiety is a real thing, and for good reason. When we attempted a cross-country, non-stop family road trip in our Tesla Model 3, we knew it was likely to be a challenge, but we encountered a bunch of challenges that we hadn't anticipated. Driving from our home in Denver, Colorado to our home in Coronado, California is a serious effort even in a regular gas guzzler, but because EVs need more frequent stops and longer durations for each, we weren't sure if we could safely make the drive without an overnight stop.
