Paolyn Houseboats

The most beautiful place we’ve ever been.

Multiple trips to earth’s ultimate paradise.

After a magical adventure in Coron Island during our first visit to the Philippines, we knew we’d be back. Not for the rustic lodging and marine toilets, but for the truly unique part of this Palawan experience: stepping outside in the morning, taking in the breathtaking view around the lagoon, and stepping into the most beautiful coral reef we’ve encountered anywhere. So the second time around, we brought our oldest daughter, Reagan (who had never visited the Philippines).

Say “no” to luxury and “yes” to extraordinary.

Paolyn Houseboats is a truly unique experience. It’s the only place to stay in Coron Island, which is otherwise uninhabited. And because Coron is owned by the Tagbanwa ancestral tribe, this collection of houseboats serves as a critical source of income for more than 100 tribal members and families.

 Experience the Beauty of Coron

Coron is the true inspiration behind the setting for the book The Beach by Alex Garland, which was later adapted to a film starring Leonardo DiCaprio. With stunning landscapes like these, it’s no surprise.
