Leaving the World’s Southernmost City for Antarctica

Seven months ago, we organized our first group trip and invited the entire world to join us as we visited our 30th country and seventh continent. Twenty travelers signed up for our 2-week Antarctic expedition and were already 4 days in. In this episode, we all fly from Buenos Aires to the southernmost city in the world, before settling into the stunning Seabourn Venture, exploring the ship, and starting our voyage across 600 miles of the most dreaded bit of open ocean on the planet. The next 11 days are sure to be full of adventure — and void of darkness.
