For our final stateside trip of the year, we decided to fly out to visit Erin’s parents here in Medford, Oregon and spend 3 days touring some of the best wineries in the region. We’re hours north of Napa and still south of the better-known Willamette Valley, but word from the locals is that southern Oregon produces some of the best-kept secrets in American winemaking.
