It's almost Valentines Day! So it's time to think about your V-day signature cocktail for your loved one. And what better, serene, winter, background than our Inspirato Aspen home?

We're taking a break from our typical tropical vacation and seeing what Aspen has to offer. Turns out... a lot! And the greatest value was the incredible home we got to stay in.

Our many travels with our Inspirato Pass wouldn't be as incredible if we didn't take time out to explore each destination. And one of our traditions has become one-on-one time between Phil and each of our 3 kids. On our most recent trip to Mexico's Riviera Maya (Playa Del Carmen, to be exact), he took another deep-sea fishing trip with Colt, another SCUBA tour with Reagan, and went jet skiing with Brooklyn.

We're on our Inspirato Pass vacation in Riviera Maya and staying at the Mayakoba Banyan Tree resort. This isn't our first rodeo in Playa del Carmen but it might have been the best. And that's saying a lot because we got married in Playa in 2010.

When we were brainstorming about what to do in Cozumel, the idea of spending the day on the water kept coming up in our minds. We wanted our kids to experience some of the best snorkeling in the world. So we booked a full-day yacht charter.

This is our first full-day family tour in Riviera Maya, Mexico, on our Inspirato Pass trip. We've been staying at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba resort and having a great time so far! But today we ventured out into the Yucatan with our guide Julio.

We're off on yet another Inspirato Pass trip and this week's destination is the Banyan Tree Mayakoba resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico (just south of Cancun and just north of Playa Del Carmen). In this video, Phil and Colt were deep sea fishing out on the Caribbean Sea toward Cozumel (they're catching tonight's dinner!), so the girls decided to have a little fun of their own.

Mexico keeps calling our name! We're on an Inspirato pass trip at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba Resort in Riviera Maya. This Hump Day Happy Hour is a little different – Instead of making our cocktail, we're sitting back and being served a cocktail.

We are packing because we have four Inspirato trips in the next three months! Exciting! But the first one starts tomorrow and we've got to pack.

Have you ever heard of milk punch? I haven't. At least not until a childhood friend told me about it. It's a process of making what I would describe a mixer/simple syrup/liqueur... drink thing.

It's totally new to me and I had to start the process two days ahead of time. But I'll tell ya... It was fun and easy to do.

It's the end of everyone's least favorite year! 2020 is gone and there's a new beginning with 2021. We're going to toast this properly – with a champagne cocktail, of course ;)

Since we're not participating in a New Years Eve party this year, we'll be sipping these champagne cocktails from the comfort of our home. And they'll taste just as good.

After completing her initial PADI SCUBA training in Denver, Reagan was ready to do her open water certification dives while we were on our 7-day Inspirato Pass trip to Costa Rica. Over the course of 2 days, Phil and Reagan did 4 dives in the Pacific Ocean and Playa Del Coco bay.

While Phil and Reagan where out SCUBA diving in the Pacific Ocean, Colt, Brooklyn and I had a little adventure of our own. Our amazing Inspirato concierge team told us about a secret beach not far from our villa. Rumor has it, Playa Penca is the best snorkeling spot in the area!

While Phil and Reagan are playing in the ocean, the rest of us are enjoying the Pacifico Beach Club in Playa del Coco.

Colt and Phil have started a vacationing tradition of chartering a boat and crew for an open-water fishing adventure at each destination. This month, our Inspirato Pass membership took us to the incredible hilltop villa of Monte Del Mar in CoCo Beach, Costa Rica. And as it turns out, the most exciting part of the excursion wasn't even the fish they caught, but the other sea life they encountered along the way.
